Standard Shipping

The cutoff time for placing an order with Jacket Aura is 02:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time New York. Our standard handling and order processing time takes 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) and it takes approximately 5-7 working days (Monday to Saturday) for the Shipping, which puts the cumulative period for delivering the parcel within a span of 8-12 working days.

Express Shipping

Jacket Aura order cut-off for express shipping is set at 2:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) as well. The order handling period is set at 2-3 business days during weekdays, the Shipping period is set at 4-5 working days (Monday to Saturday). This leaves the handling and shipping of the order between the working 6-8 business days.

We welcome our clients to consider our services in other areas across the globe. Orders are normally delivered within the agreed time frame by trusted couriers such as “FedEx”. Once your order has been processed, you receive an email confirming that your order is complete. As part of this email, there will be a tracking number that you can use to track your order.
