At Jacket Aura, we believe in complete client satisfaction and will go to great lengths to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase from us. However, if the product we have delivered does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to refund the order if it meets the following conditions:

Eligibility Criteria

  • You are required to contact us within thirty days (30) of the delivery of the product in order to raise any concerns or queries that you have.
  • Merchandise needs to be in its new condition which has not been used/worn, washed, or has undergone any changes including any alterations.
  • Tags on the garments have to be intact and unbroken.
  • Returned items will be accepted only if the original receipt is presented, either in email or printed form.
  • In the situation where a product is either delivered in a damaged condition or the wrong product has been sent, Jacket Aura is liable to provide you a complete refund for your product. However the product will not be exchanged under any circumstances.

Our Process For Handling Returns And Exchanges

  • Your request will be reviewed within 24 – 48 hours by our support team.
  • An agent will be assigned to you for handling your issue with the product.
  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected by our Quality Control team to make sure that the item meets our requirements.
  • Your refund will be processed as soon as possible, and in any case within seven (7) business days of receiving the returned goods.

How To File A Return/Refund

  • To return the product, send our customer support team an email at info@jacketaura.com. Make sure to do this within thirty (30) days of your product delivery.
  • Please provide a valid reason for why you want to file a return for your ordered item.
  • Incase of any issues/defects with the product, please ensure that you take clear images of the problem to avoid any delays and misunderstanding.
  • Include your order receipt containing the order number alongside the size, color/style of the product that you would like to return and receive a refund for.

Disclaimer

  • If a product has been shipped incorrectly or has arrived damaged, we will be liable to provide a full refund for the product.
  • The cost of the return shipping will be incurred by the buyer.
  • Please take note that Jacket Aura does not provide Exchanges under any circumstances.

  • Problems with the products are not common as our quality control department ensures that each one of them is well examined before sending them to the customers.
  • Kindly refer to our size charts to avoid any sizing complications (view our size for men, View our size for women) before placing your orders.
