Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. This policy explains when you can cancel your order, how to request it, and what happens next.

1. How to Request a Cancellation

Email info@jacketaura.com as soon as possible within 24 hours with the subject line "Order Cancellation Request". Include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The email address used at checkout

The sooner you contact us, the better your chances of cancelling before your order enters processing or dispatch.

2. Cancellation Window

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund, provided your order has not already entered processing, production, final preparation, or been handed to the courier. Orders are entered into processing/production after 24 hours.

Cancellation eligibility is based on when your request is received and the current status of your order at that moment. 

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return after delivery, provided the item is eligible for return (check section 2 and 4 in our Return & Refunds Policy).

3. Cancellations After Dispatch

Once tracking has been issued or your package is in transit, the order cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, you may request a return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

4. No Cancellation Fees

Jacket Aura does not charge any cancellation penalties. Approved cancellations within the allowed window are refunded in full to your original payment method.

5. Refund Timeline for Approved Cancellations

  • Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the refund.

6. Important Note on Response Time

The 24-hour cancellation window is based on the time your order was placed, not the time we respond to your request. Our general support response time of 1 to 2 business days does not extend this window.

To be considered within the cancellation window, your request must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. We will cross-check the time your order was placed against the time your cancellation request was received. If your request was submitted within that 24-hour period, you will be considered inside the window regardless of when we respond.

We prioritize cancellation requests during support hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST) and aim to respond as quickly as possible.
