At Jacket Aura, we want you to know exactly how your order is prepared, shipped, tracked, and delivered. This policy explains where we ship, how long delivery takes, what it costs, and how we handle any issues along the way.

Delivery estimates may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, local delivery disruptions, or other events outside our control. In such cases, you will be informed through our support team.

1. Where We Ship

Jacket Aura currently ships to the United States only, including all 50 states, Alaska, and Hawaii. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse at 536 Anderson Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15239, USA.

We do not currently offer international shipping to customers. 

Addresses We Cannot Ship To

  • P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or package forwarding services, unless approved by us before ordering.

  • Addresses where courier delivery is confirmed unavailable.

2. How Your Order Is Fulfilled

Jacket Aura curates and sells outerwear through trusted manufacturing and fulfillment partners. To get your jacket to you as efficiently as possible while maintaining quality standards, orders will be fulfilled via Domestic fulfillment: Your order is prepared and dispatched by our fulfillment partners (i.e. FedEx, DHL and UPS). 

Jacket Aura remains fully responsible for your experience. You will always deal directly with us directly not with a manufacturer nor any third-parties for all order communication, tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

3. Handling Time

Handling time is the period between when you place your order and when it is dispatched. During this time your order is reviewed, quality checked, packed, and handed to the fulfillment partner.

  • Standard handling time: 2 to 5 business days.

  • Express handling time: 2 to 3 business days.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

4. Transit Timeframes

Transit time begins after your order has been dispatched and tracking has been sent to you. Estimated transit times may vary depending on the shipping method you choose for your order.

  • Standard transit time: 5 to 10 business days.

  • Express transit time: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.

  • Orders dispatched on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

5. Shipping Costs

Jacket Aura offers standard and express shipping options on every order to the United States. Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase required. Free shipping applies to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. There are no hidden shipping charges added at the checkout. Express shipping however costs $30.

6. Shipping Carriers

We use FedEx, UPS, and DHL courier services to deliver your order. The carrier used depends on your location, the fulfillment route, and the most reliable delivery option at the time of dispatch.

7. Tracking Your Order

Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. You can also use the Order Tracking feature available on our website to get the most recent updates.

  • If you do not receive tracking information within the expected handling window, contact us at info@jacketaura.com.

  • Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the courier receives your package.

  • If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.

8. Taxes

All prices displayed on our website for orders delivered within the United States are final prices and already include applicable sales taxes and other required taxes. Customers will not be charged any additional taxes or fees after checkout.

If any tax details are required to be shown separately under applicable law, they will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase. The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your estimated delivery window has passed or tracking has shown no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at info@jacketaura.com with your order number. We will review your tracking, contact the carrier, and resolve the issue. If a package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund  your choice.

10. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging before opening it, then photograph the jacket if it is also damaged. Email info@jacketaura.com with your order number and photos within 30 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement, refund, or a fair resolution based on the findings.

11. Address Changes and Delivery Issues

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@jacketaura.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address. Once a package is in transit, address changes may not be possible. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any non-refundable carrier charges may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law.
