We want you to love your Jacket Aura purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help. This policy explains your return and refund options clearly and fairly.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the date your order is marked as delivered by the courier. Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays) using the instructions provided by our team.
2. Items Eligible for Return or Exchange

New, unworn jackets in original condition with all tags and labels still attached.

Items received in the wrong size, color, style, or design compared to what you ordered.

Items with manufacturing defects, damaged hardware, faulty stitching, torn lining, or quality issues present at the time of delivery.

Items that are significantly different from the product description or images on the website.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order jackets, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Final sale items that are clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page at the time of purchase.

Items with removed tags, labels, or brand markings.
-
Items that have been worn outside, altered, washed, stained, scented, or used beyond briefly trying indoors for fit.

Returns requested more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date.
4. Item Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, your jacket must be unused and in its original condition. Briefly trying it indoors is completely fine. Wearing it outside, removing tags, or altering the item will make it ineligible.

All original tags and labels must remain attached.

Any included accessories, dust bags, or documentation must be returned where applicable.

The item must be packed securely to avoid damage in return transit.
5. How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email info@jacketaura.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos.
Do not send your jacket back before your return is approved. Once approved, we will send you the return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
For guidance on which circumstance applies to you, see Sections 5a through 5e below.
Note: Your return address will always be a Jacket Aura-approved address in the United States or an approved returns facility. You will never be asked to return a jacket to an overseas manufacturer or to a facility that is not authorized by Jacket Aura.
5a. Change of Mind / Preference Returns
If you have changed your mind or are returning for personal preference (wrong size ordered, style preference, etc.), here is what to expect:

Email info@jacketaura.com with your order number and reason within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

Once approved, ship the item back within 7 business days using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to post it.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached. See Section 4 for full condition requirements.
5b. Exchanges
If you would like a different size, color, or style, here is the exchange process:

Email info@jacketaura.com with your order number and the details of what you would like instead.

Once your exchange is approved, ship the item back within 7 business days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm availability and proceed based on your preference:

Same item (different size/color): Your replacement will be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of inspection, subject to stock availability.

Different item: Your replacement will be dispatched within 2 to 5 business days of inspection, subject to stock availability.

Refund instead: If neither option works for you, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of inspection.

If your replacement item arrives faulty or incorrect, Section 5c applies.
If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or issue a refund.
5c. Faulty, Defective or Wrong Items Received
If your jacket has a manufacturing defect, damaged hardware, faulty stitching, torn lining, or any quality issue present at the time of delivery or the item you received is a different size, color, style, or design from what you ordered:

Email info@jacketaura.com with your order number and photos of the item received within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

We will assess your claim within 1 to 2 business days and confirm a resolution.

You may choose either a full replacement or a full refund — the decision is yours.

Return shipping for defective and wrong items is covered by Jacket Aura. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse return shipping costs.
If your product/package has a shipping defect, refer to section 10 of our shipping policy.
5d. Item Never Arrived
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window or tracking has shown no movement for more than 5 business days, this is handled under section 9 of our Shipping Policy.
Contact us at info@jacketaura.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. If your package is confirmed lost, you may choose either a full replacement or a full refund, the decision is yours.
5e. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order before it is dispatched, please refer to our Order Cancellation Policy. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. If cancellation is no longer possible because your order has already been dispatched, you may request a return after delivery under this policy, provided the item meets the eligibility requirements in Sections 2 and 4.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received at the approved return address and passes inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days after inspection.

Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the refund.

Refunds are always issued to the same payment method used at checkout.
7. No Restocking Fee
Jacket Aura does not charge a restocking fee for any approved standard return, including preference returns, defective items, wrong-size returns, or incorrect items.
